Course Objective: Understand the ins and outs of online real estate auctions. Realtors will be able to confidently present these properties to their homebuyers or investors. Learn how to set up Realtor accounts with online real estate auction companies, understand how to identify the correct property type for your customers and understand how you can get and protect your commission. Learning Objectives: 1. How online real estate auction companies factor into the Foreclosure Sale Process 2. Identify and recognize the differences between several Online Real Estate Auction companies 3. Understand the different types of properties offered by Online Real Estate Auction companies 4. Recognize how to purchase online auction properties before they go to auction. 5. Understand (MAO) Maximum Allowable offer in order to put in a bid that will win. 6. Learn how to list properties on Online Real Estate Auction sites.

Instructor

Hameed Siddiq is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He’s a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. He’s a licensed real estate instructor in Florida. He was an Adjunct Real Estate Professor with Florida State College of Jacksonville and was a certified instructor panel member with the Florida Realtors Association. Currently, he owns a Florida licensed real estate and insurance School (Realty And Insurance U - RandiU.com). He is a certified residential and commercial trainer with Realtors Property Resource (RPR). Over 2,300 Realtors nationwide follow his online RPR Discussion Group on Facebook. Hameed has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
