Description
In this 2-hour CE class, professionals will learn about the three types of reverse mortgages recognized by the federal government along with the pros and cons of each. Real Estate professionals will learn how these loans can be utilized to enhance not only the lives of senior clients but their own lives—personal and professional—as well!
Florida licensees will earn 2 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
