GOT ETHICS? Of course you do! Ever questioned the ethics of others? Of course you have! 

Real estate is a complicated, complex industry and career. Only the strong survive. Get the strength that only confident professionals have. This class will provide clarity on what must be standard practice in our industry. 

Topics covered include:
* Why there is a Code
* Filing a complaint
* Why agents may not get paid 

Instructor

Manuela Hendrickson has had her real estate license since 1994. She received her Broker's license and Instructor license in 2003 and has been actively involved in the real estate business ever since. She is currently the Designated Broker for Global Lifestyle Realty in St. Petersburg.


Note: New PRO/CPRO Members that are required to take this class may utilize this option, or they may take the free online course through NAR.  Click here to access the free online course.

Florida licensees will earn 3 hours of Ethics & Business Practices CE Credit upon successful course completion. All REALTOR® attendees will receive credit towards NAR's Code of Ethics requirement.
